Leon and Sharon Heffernan

I first met Leon and Sharon Heffernan on my May/09 fishing trip north. They are from Janetville area which is located near Lindsay Ontario.

Their 5th wheeler was parked beside a small lake with a million dollar view. And it costs nothing to stay there. The small lake is located on crown land which premits camping year round. If you do some research you can find 1000's of lakes on crown land just waiting for you!

Leon and Sharon spend 2 weeks in the spring and 2 months in the fall camping in Northern Ontario, and for a change of pace they head to Florida for 2 months in the winter. Life is really rough for them :)

Extremely nice and friendly people so if you ever see them around say hi.....I promise they don't bite!
